I was born in Castlebar County Mayo, Ireland to Parents Chris and Martina. Chris hailed from Westmeath and Martina was born in Kiltimagh.
I have two beautiful daughters Carah and Eabha who are the light of my life of course.
Apart from family life I spend my spare time fly-fishing for Salmon in the west of Ireland during the fishing Season and later in the year in the USA for striped bass and Albacore and bluefish. I have plenty of other hobbies which include hot yoga, kayaking, fly-tying, cycling, keeping fit and walking and hiking when time permits. I also achieved my helicopters pilot licence in 2010 which allows me to fly around the beautiful Island of Ireland – this was one of my life long goals and dreams and I am thrilled to be lucky enough to be able to do this.
